Shipping policy

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only, excluding holidays, and we accommodate for weather conditions to help ensure your beef arrives frozen. All orders are packed with dry ice. We ship using UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 2–3-day Ground services. Delivery typically takes 1-3 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

We ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally due to the perishable nature of our products. Once an order has shipped, Dimond Seven Beef is not liable for potential product damages. If an order does not arrive within the guaranteed shipping timeframe, please email katie@diamondsevenbeef.com for a replacement order
