Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS, ORDERS & PAYMENT
All products are subject to availability. Due to the natural variation in beef products, weights and quantities may vary. Prices, product offerings, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
All orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING, DRY ICE & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
All shipping methods, schedules, and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Shipping Policy.
Some orders are shipped with dry ice to keep products frozen. Dry ice is extremely cold—please do not touch it with bare hands. Allow any remaining dry ice to dissipate naturally in a well-ventilated area and do not place it in sinks, drains, or airtight containers. D7B LLC is not responsible for injury or damage related to improper handling of dry ice after delivery.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, D7B LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
SECTION 4 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & FOOD SAFETY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Our full policy regarding returns, refunds, and issue resolution is outlined in our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Once an order has been delivered, D7B LLC is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or preparation of the product. Customers are responsible for promptly storing products in a freezer upon delivery.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of D7B LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D7B LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. In no case shall D7B LLC’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
