Dry-aged 21 days, carefully cut, and raised with pride right here on our home place. The beef we sell is the same beef we gather around the table to eat ourselves.
About Our Cattle
Our Black Angus cattle are born, raised, and cared for right here on our family farm in Hazard, Nebraska.
Our cattle spend most of their lives grazing pasture and cornstalks before being grain-finished on a balanced ration to ensure high-quality, flavorful beef.
We do not use added hormones, and all of our beef is USDA inspected and processed locally at Ord Locker in Ord, Nebraska.
